BKGS hits slightly harder and perseverance is hands down the best weapon art in the class. I wouldn't call it the best in the Greatsword class unless for PvE. For fairly even stats ( a versatile build ) I like the Onyx Blade and the Dancer's Swords. Some are very specific.

The Farron Greatsword seems really unique and cool but the Wolf Knight's Greatsword seems like it could be better in the long run. Use one for monsters and one for humans. The whole class is easily parried, meaning even the best great swords aren't top tier, wolf knight is considered mid-low tier. Doesn't mean they're unusable though. The Wolf Knight's Greatsword has been repeatedly referred to as one of the most iconic weapons of the Dark Souls universe, as it is the sword of fan favorite character Artorias the Abysswalker. I personally like the Hollowslayer more, but they're probably about equal as far as how good they are. The Farron Greatsword is a unique two-piece weapon that caters towards quality builds leaning towards Dexterity.It is one of the lightest weapons in the ultra greatsword category, and its attacks consume very little stamina for its class. Wolf Knight Greatsword is bae's sword, but the Farron Greatsword has the most epic moveset ever. It's a superior weapon to the claymore in PVE and pvp if you're a quality build that doesn't buff or use resins. The Hollowslayer Greatsword is a greatsword that you transmute from the soul of the Curse-Rotted Greatwood. Some can fit in with a variety of builds. This sword retains a keen memory of its executioner's duty, and absorbs FP from each fallen foe. Claymore/Hollowslayer are better overall. Wolf Knight's Greatsword is a Weapon in Dark Souls 3.. Greatsword of a knight tainted by the dark of the Abyss, and master of the wolf's blood of Farron.

Two-hand to … i'm in love with it's sword art abilities, nobody ever expects the lunging frontflip sword slam the first time and it usually takes away at least 50% of people's health in one hit, while giving you a free hit or two if you time it right while they're standing back up from getting literally steamrolled. Hollowslayer is good at catching players who roll towards you, but the other greatswords are just as good at catching players that roll away from you. To be honest, both weapons are outclassed by the other weapons of the same type, e.g Claymore better than Wolf Knight, Zweihander better than Farron.
