Alexmenkl22's Review of Resident Evil: Origins Collection. The Resident Evil Origins Collection is a combination of both Resident Evil HD Remaster, and Resident Evil 0 Remaster. Resident Evil is a gauntlet of twisted monsters and hard decisions. Resident Evil 1 in particular is a masterpiece of the genre, and despite the age of the source material (the Gamecube original which came out in 2002 is a remake of a game from 1996), the remasters look fantastic and, most importantly of all, retain a tremendous atmosphere. Game play and graphics have both been upgraded for the PS4. This particular collection - Resident Evil Origins - is of special interest to fans new and old alike because it encompasses the beginnings of the series all together.
